Grace was born and raised on a farm just north of Ross, Ohio where she graduated from high school.  She attended the University of Cincinnati where she attained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.  While attending U.C., Grace did research on the Star Wars program in Inorganic Chemistry.  She then went to Xavier University where she was one of six students to do research on the Deming Methods and then provided training for the rest of her classmates.  Grace graduated from Xavier University with a Master’s in Hospital Administration.

Following graduate school, Grace did a residency and a fellowship at Middletown Regional Hospital.  From there Grace worked for the Sisters of Charity Healthcare Systems, Inc. as Eastern Regional Director, responsible for services in Ohio, Kentucky and Nebraska.  During Grace's tenure there, she brought her division from operating in the red to a net operating margin of 23%.

Grace joined Cincinnati Hematology-Oncology, Inc. in 1994.  She was a co-founder and President for the Ohio Oncology Medical Group Management Association.  Grace is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a Fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives.  Grace became a Junior Partner with Cincinnati Hematology-Oncology, Inc. in 1998.  With her strong business and management skills, she has excelled in operating the day-to-day functions of the office.  Operationally, the practice is in the top five hematology-oncology practices in the country.  This is important because it has allowed the CHO physicians to concentrate on what they do best, caring for patients.  Grace has and continues to serve on committees at the local, state, regional, mid-western and national levels.

Grace lives with her husband, Jerry and their two children, Nicole and Katelyn in Symmes Township.  Grace enjoys golf, bicycling and attending her children's functions in cheerleading and swimming.
