Ali started working at CHO in November 2007. She works as a Receptionist and Medical Records Clerk at the Hyde Park office. Ali enjoys making the patients smile! She likes to think she might have somehow brightened their day. She went to school for Medical Massage Therapy and attended the Cincinnati School of Creative and Performance Art. Ali's Mom and Dad, Lynn and Wally, have been married for 30 years! Her brother Cody is 20 and will be attending The University of Cincinnati in the fall. Ali's hobbies include, painting, making pottery, reading, photography, makeup techniques, stamping, antiquing, and hanging out with family and friends. Ali is going into Seminary School to become a Pastoral Counselor through her church. Ali has two cats named Pancakes and Martini. She also has two dogs, an English Bulldog named Boris and a Jack Russell Terrier named Isabelle.

Jeannette has been employed at CHO since October 1996. Jeannette supervises the receptionist area at both Hyde Park and Northern Kentucky and her responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling patients' appointments and coordinating the doctors' schedules. Prior to CHO she worked four years as an Oncology Receptionist and 17 years as a Retail Office Manager.

Terri started working at CHO in September 2008. Terri is the Front Clinical Supervisor at the Hyde Park Office. Terri oversees the Medical Assistants and ensures that the Medical Assisting area runs smoothly. Terri enjoys working at CHO because it is a busy practice with wonderful patients and family members. Terri worked in Internal Medicine on the second floor of the Hyde Park building for over 25 years. Terri has a 13 year old son named Wesley. Terri has a Bichon Frise named Max and Max has a gray cat named Ashes.

Susan has been with CHO since April, 2006. She is a graduate of Good Samaritan College of Nursing. She loves getting to know and care for her patients. Susan is a widow. She was married to her best friend, Larry, for 25 years. She has two children, Jason (33), and Jenny (27) who are also nurses. Strange, I know! Jason and his wife ,Lora, gave Susan two wonderful grandchildren, Evan (9) and Lauren (7) who Susan watch on the weekends. In her spare times she teaches 4th & 5th graders in her church, enjoys traveling, cooking and interior decorating.

Liz started working at CHO in March 2008. Liz works as a receptionist at the Hyde Park office. Liz enjoys being here for the patients the most. Liz hopes that she brightens their days a little bit. Liz graduated from Norwood High School in 1996 and attended Cincinnati State's Bio-Tech program. Liz has been married to her husband Greg for 4 years. They have one daughter, Vanessa, who is 4 years old. Liz enjoys spending time with her family, friends, watching movies, and reading books. Liz has an 18 lb cat named Marshall.

Robin started with CHO in May 2007. She works during winter and summer breaks as a PRN Medical Records Clerk at the Hyde Park office. Robin is a junior at a local college.

Jen has been working as a Medical Assistant since August 2007. Jen works as PRN Medical Assistant in both the Hyde Park and Northern Kentucky offices. Jen received her Medical Assistant Certificate from Southwestern College. She has a 10 year old daughter that she spends most of her time with. Jen is in school full time to obtain her RN.

Amy has been with CHO since March 2009. Amy works as a Billing Clerk in the Hyde Park office. Amy loves to help people with any problems they may have. Amy has about 10 years of billing experience. Amy has been married for 5 years and has a 3 year old son. Amy's hobbies include anything that puts a smile on her son's face. Amy has two dogs and one cat.

Deb works as a PRN Chemotherapy Nurse at the Hyde Park office. Deb has been PRN with CHO since January 2006. Deb has been a registered nurse for 28 years which includes over four and a half years of oncology nursing. Deb graduated from Good Samaritan Hospital School of Nursing. She enjoys oncology nursing and especially caring for CHO patients! Deb enjoys swimming, boating, and gardening in her spare time.

Kristina joined the CHO team in August 2005. Kristina works in the Hyde Park office. She enjoys helping the patients and doing whatever it takes to make CHO a better place. Currently, she is enrolled at Indiana Wesleyan University to complete her Accounting degree. She lives in Indiana and has a Chihuahua named Pixie Stix. She spends a lot of time with family and friends. In her free time she enjoys going to car shows, being outdoors, boating, and watching movies.

Brenda has been part of the billing department since September 2002. She works in check-out at the Hyde Park office. Brenda enjoys working with the patients at CHO. She and her husband Jon live in Amelia. Hobbies include reading, gardening and caring for her pets.

Polly has been with CHO since October 2006. Polly works as a Chemotherapy Nurse in the Hyde Park office and occasionally covers the Northern Kentucky office. She graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing. Polly is happily married to Loren and has three children. Tory, Erin, and Nicholas. She feels privileged to be a member of the CHO team!

Kerri started at CHO in September 2007. Kerri works at the Hyde Park office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Christine has been with CHO since June 2007. Christine started at CHO after she moved to Cincinnati from New Jersey. Christine has been in the medical field for 12 years and loves helping and being around people. Christine has been married for 13 years to her husband Cliff. Christine and Cliff have a 19 month old daughter Caylee and a son due in October 2009. Christine loves to spend time with her family and living life to its fullest.

Bonnie has been a patient of Dr. Cody's since March 1999 and has been volunteering at CHO since that time. Bonnie lives with her husband, George, of 37 years and their dog, Mr. Max. Bonnie and George have three grown boys. Bonnie helps the nurses in anyway she can but especially enjoys spending time with the wonderful patients at CHO. Bonnie especially enjoys spending time with the new patients and tries to ease their fears and make them more comfortable. Bonnie enjoys reading, crafting, entertaining friends, and traveling.

Stefanie has been with CHO since March 2008 when she returned to nursing after staying home for many years with she and husband Daryl's four children. She enjoys her family, three dogs and two cats, fitness walking, drawing, nature, and cooking. Stefanie feels honored to be involved in the care of our CHO patients and hopes that her attention to detail, her compassion, and her smile will help to make their journey a bit easier.

Debbie started at CHO in August 2004. Debbie works at the Hyde Park office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Thom has been employed with CHO since May 1998. He was most recently the Northern Kentucky Medical Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Physician Coordinator. In July 2009, Thom accepted the Assistant Physician Coordinator position full-time and works at the Hyde Park office. Thom trained as a field medical corpsman and c-ray technician that was completed in 1988 at Oakland Naval Hospital. Following training, he spent 4 years with varying Marine units as a corpsman in Camp Le Jeune North Carolina. Outside interests include travel, golf, and boating.

Jill was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH. She went to nursing school at Raymond Walter's College at the University of Cincinnati. She recently received her Bachelor's Degree from Indian Wesleyan University and is currently studying to receive her Master's Degree. Jill worked in pediatric hematology-oncology for 1.5 years and the Children's Hospital ER for 4 years. Jill is happily married to Andy and has three children Jeffery, Jenna and Adam. In her spare time, Jill enjoys playing with her two dogs Rex and Rocky. Jill favorite hobbies are coaching JV/varsity cheerleading at a local high school and traveling.

Laura has worked for CHO since 2005. Laura loves working at CHO with the patients, doctors, and other staff. Getting to know our patients and seeing them week after week makes it an easy place to want to come to work everyday. Laura graduated from Raymond Walters-UC in 1999. Laura loves spending time with her nieces & nephews. Traveling is usually something Laura tries to do every year, and Laura tries to go to different places. Laura loves reading and spending time with friends when she's not at work.

Heather has been with CHO since Sept. 1998. She has been the Billing Supervisor since February 2007. She currently lives in Brown County, Ohio with her husband Will, son Nathaniel, two adorable golden retrievers, Duke and Bella and a rescue dog named Copper. She is very active in the ministry at her church. Heather enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, walking, and spending time with her husband, son and her three dogs.

Heather has been a Billing Associate with CHO since January 2007. Heather works in the Hyde Park office. She has been in the medical billing field for nearly 15 years. She currently resides in Westwood with her husband Spencer and their two black labrador retrievers, Quin and Fisher. She has many interests and hobbies which seem to spill over to her working life as well. Heather enjoys spending time with her family (including her dogs) whether it be camping, gardening or just relaxing at home. She is a wonderful cook and loves to plan home improvements.

Gina graduated from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing in 1989. She acquired her Oncology certification in 1994. Gina began working in oncology right out of nursing school on the inpatient unit, where she stayed for 8 years. Then after marriage and a child she relocated to the The Christ Cancer Center, where she stayed for approximately three years. Gina started at Cincinnati Hematology-Oncology in December of 1999 as a treatment nurse. In May 2003, she accepted the Physician Coordinator position. She has worked in oncology for 18+ years. Gina has a 14 year old daughter, 1 dog, and 2 cats.

Tammie has been with CHO since May 2007. She works as a Biller/Collector in the Hyde Park office. She has 20 years experience working the medical field. She was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. She is currently living in Highland Heights with her son, Ricky and her daughter, Ryann. Tammie enjoys going out with friends and spending time with her family.

Tracy has been with CHO since March 2007. She works as a Biller/Collector in the Hyde Park office. She has worked in the medical field for 15 years. Tracy was born and raised in Kentucky. She currently is living in Walton, KY with her sister Shannon. Tracy loves spending time with the family especially her niece, Mya and nephew, Trenton. In her spare time, she enjoys going out with friends, shopping, and watching movies.

Mitzi started at CHO in Mary 2006. Mitzi works at both the Hyde Park and Northern Kentucky offices as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Vicki started at CHO in June 2008. Vicki works at the Northern Kentucky office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Sharon started at CHO in December 2008. Sharon works at the Hyde Park office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Shannon started at CHO in May 2009. Shannon works as a Medical Assistant in the Hyde Park office. Shannon was born and raised in Cincinnati. Shannon has been married for 23 years to her wonderful husband Jerry. Shannon has two boys Jerry Jr. 20 and Jake 12, both of Shannon's boys are very athletic. Jerry pitches for UC, where he is studying criminal justice and Jake plays select sports. Shannon loves working at CHO where she can work with patients and make them feel better. It is a wonderful feeling when Shannon is able to put a smile on a patient's face when they are not feeling well.

Amy started at CHO in June 2009. Amy works at both the Hyde Park and Northern Kentucky office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Pat started at CHO in July 2009. Pat works as a Medical Assistant in the Hyde Park office. Pat enjoys working at CHO and learning new things every day. Pat has worked in the medical field for 16 years. Pat has three sons and enjoys gardening, hiking, and being with her family.

Gail works at CHO as a PRN Medical Records Clerk.

Toni has been an Oncology Registered Nurse since 1993, and has worked at Cincinnati Hematology Oncology for most of those. She has 2 daughters, ages 9 and 12. They live in Anderson Township and have a Bernese Mountain Dog that has been trained as a Certified Therapy Dog. Her hobbies include reading, running and spending time as a family. The 3 of them like to watch movies at home or in the theater and go out to eat at fun, new places. She spends most of her time off with her girls at Coney Island, watching her daughters play volleyball and soccer and taking the dog to the dog parks in town. What she likes best about her job at CHO is the family atmosphere that she feels at work and that she can make a difference in someone's life each and every day.

Kathy graduated from The Christ Hospital School of Nursing in 1992 where she received the school's Nursing Leadership Award. She has been an oncology certified nurse since 1999 and has been with CHO since October of 1997. She currently works as the Hyde Park Nursing Supervisor and manages the clinical area. She is a member of the Ohio Medical Group Management Association and the national and local Oncology Nursing Society where she is a Co-Chairman for the Nominating Committee. Kathy is married to her husband Jim and has two sons, Danny and Chris and dog Codie. In her spare time she enjoys walking, dog training, gardening, playing golf and spending time with her family.

Emily W. has been with the CHO billing department since February 2009 - bringing seven years experience in medical billing. She was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH but currently lives in Covington, KY with her husband, Cy. She enjoys live music and spending time at local art museums with Cy - as well as roadtrips with her family and vacationing on the beach. Her favorite part of being an employee at CHO: being able to work behind the scenes on behalf of both the doctor and the patient.

Peggy has been with CHO since 2002. She previously has worked as a nurse all over the country and the majority of her time spent working with oncology patients. Peggy is the nursing supervisor in the NKY office and really enjoys working with all of the patients. She lives with her husband Frank and her cat Lu-Lu. In her spare time she likes to hike, read, travel, and keep up with her son, Travis (T-Bird), who recently graduated from college.

Valerie started at CHO in October 2007 as a Medical Assistant at the Northern Kentucky office. Valerie now works as the Receptionist at the Northern Kentucky office and occasionally as a Medical Assistant. Valerie enjoy coming in contact with amazing people. Valerie knows just about every patient by name. It makes their day when she can remember their names without them having to tell her. Even little things help in this setting. Valerie attended Northern Kentucky University and received her certificate in Medical Assisting at Southwestern College. Valerie hopes to go back to school for her RN in the next year. Valerie has a three and a half year old little girl. Sassy as can be but she is one of the reasons Valerie comes to work everyday. She is Valerie's world.

Heather started at CHO in October 2007. Heather is a Medical Assistant in the Northern Kentucky office. Heather received her certificate in Medical Assisting at Southwestern College. Heather enjoys being able to build relationships with the patients and their families. Heather went into the medical field hoping to work in oncology. Heather would like to return to school to obtain her RN in the next year and to continue working in oncology. Heather has two children, Aiden (4) and Makenzi (1), and a dog Bella. Heather enjoys spending her free time with her kids and traveling to Chicago to visit her parents.

Eve works at the Northern Kentucky office as a Chemotherapy Nurse. Eve has been working as a nurse for 10 years, six of which has been in oncology. She has worked PRN at CHO since 2004 and PRN for St. Elizabeth South Medical Center, where for the last five years she has been in ICU and IV therapy. Eve is a musician/singer/songwriter and has published with SESAC. She has a prerelease project and a full CD. Eve has twin daughters.

Kirsten started at CHO in November 2007. Kirsten works at the Northern Kentucky office as a Chemotherapy Nurse.

Teresa started with CHO in 2009 as a part-time Medical Assistant. Teresa is now the Medical Assistant Supervisor in the Northern Kentucky office. Teresa went to Cincinnati Metropolitan College for Medical Assisting and graduated in 1991. Teresa currently lives in Cincinnati and enjoys helping her neighborhood football team. Teresa enjoys and loves being in the medical field.

Jessica started at CHO in January 2008. Jessica is the PRN Receptionist and Medical Records Clerk at the Northern Kentucky office. Jessica is Valerie's older sister and Valerie helped Jessica to obtain her job at CHO. Jessica loves working at CHO because the patients and staff are all so nice and easy to get along with. Jessica likes to joke around and say that she is everyone's favorite receptionist, which could be very true since the patients do not have to deal with Jessica on a regular basis! Outside of CHO, Jessica is the mother of a 7 year old little girl named Jaidyn. Jessica is a full-time hair stylist at a salon in Independence, KY and a part-time bartender on the weekends. Jessica has been doing hair for 6 years and bartending for almost 5 years.

Vicky started at CHO in March 2009. Vicky works at the Hyde Park office as a Chemotherapy Nurse. Vicky graduated from Maysville Community College division of University of Kentucky in 1996. She started working in the medical field in 1974 but decided to return for an RN degree in 1993. She was led to a career in oncology after losing her mother to lung cancer. She has worked in oncology now for 11 years and is a member of Oncology Nursing Society. She enjoys life in the country with her retired husband Steve, their dog Dr. Pupper and Fat Cat. They are now feeling the effects of empty nest after their triplet sons have all moved out to pursue their careers. Along with her career as a nurse Vicky also has an interest in a business of her own, has developed her own registered trademark designing purses and hobbies include jewelry making, wreathmaking, floral arranging, cooking and in her spare time loves to travel.

Debbie has been with CHO since 2000. She currently works two days a week in the Northern Kentucky office. She works full time at St. Luke East in the ICU. She graduated from Northern Kentucky University in 1992 and is currently an oncology certified nurse. Her family includes her husband, Tom, two sons, Brian and Chris, and two daughters, Suzanne and Peggy. She also has three dogs, Dusty, DJ, and Lady. She is a member of the local and national Oncology Nursing Society. She also works as a clinical instructor for Gateway Community College for their KMA course.

Lana has been a nurse for almost thirteen years. She has been an oncology nurse for almost six years and has worked for CHO since February 2006. Lana works at the Northern Kentucky office. Lana lives in Rising Sun, Indiana where Grand Victoria Casino is located. She enjoys camping on the weekends with her family, riding bikes, and going fishing. She also enjoys watching her kids participate in sports with her husband. Lana goes to different rock concerts at Riverbend in the summer and spending time with her friends and family all year round.
